How often we press Print Screen Button”? How often we get a “Quota Warning Report” ?
Most of us use this print screen button often to send the image representation of a work. After pressing print screen immediately we open MSpaint to paste that image. If you save that image as it is, it will stored as a bmp file and it occupies more space atleast 1 mb. In corporate life you will be getting a limited mail storage. If you get few bmp attachments then you will be getting a “Quota Warning Report“.
Kindly use the “save us” option to save the images from MSpaint as jpg or gif. so that your image for lesser than the bmp format.
Do not paste the ‘ print screened’ image as it is inside your mail editor.
